AFRO ROOTS CALL 2023
On the celebration of 20 years of African Ancestry, STORIES BY ROOTS would like to dedicate the first edition of AFRO ROOTS CALL to all African-Ascendants throughout the world.
Created on February 21st , 2003, in Washington DC by Dr Rick A. Kittles and Dr. Gina Paige, this structure allows all African-Ascendants of the globe to finally find their ancestral roots thanks to the ancestral DNA test.
Through a state ceremony, our organization intends to collaborate with the officials of the African countries selected by African Ancestry as part of their world tour this year.
At the same time and as a sign of gratitude and thanks, a vibrant tribute will be paid to its founders in the presence of a fine variety of American luminaries invited for the occasion.
Among these personalities, some of them could find their ancestors in the selected countries.
Several kinds of activities will be on the agenda depending on the organization of the host country.
As a result, we remain convinced that our various collaborators and partners will spare no effort for a clear success of the event.
Already, let us specify that this event, which will take place for the very first time, has a threefold mission:
It aims to be inclusive, unifying but also and above all, memorable from every point of view.
